Click the...
Events scheduled for a location
Correct section of the alphabet, then click the space name.
Another date or dates One of the following:
  • Day, Week or Month on the calendar to see events for one day, one week, or one month.
  • Today is... on the calendar to see events beginning today
  • Any date on the calendar to see events beginning on that date
  • The right or left triangles to move forward or back in time
Events for a different number of weeks One of the week buttons at the top of the calendar. You can view events for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, or 20 weeks at a time.
Detail about a specific event
Event name.
A specific space The Space Quick Search selection box. Then do this:
  1. Chose a qualifier for any Name search (Is, Starts With, Contains, or Ends With).
  2. Type the search criteria.
  3. Click Go.
